At Night Shift Customs, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

• 12 Months Warranty - Applies when the product is installed by a licensed auto electrician, with proof of installation provided.
• 3 Months Warranty - Applies when the product is installed at home by the customer.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear from normal use.
• Misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation.
• Headlight fading due to environmental exposure (e.g. Uv damage).
• Improper use of the vehicle, including but not limited to water damage, flooding, or off-road misuse.
• Any modification or tampering with wiring or seals supplied with the product.

Claim Requirements

To make a warranty claim, the customer must:

1. Provide proof of purchase and, if applicable, proof of installation by a licensed auto electrician.
2. Return the defective product for inspection.
3. Allow Night Shift Customs to determine whether the issue falls within the warranty terms.

Additional Information

Night Shift Customs reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund defective products at its discretion.

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

Nightshift Customs - Condensation/Fogging Notice

Condensation or light fogging inside your headlights can occasionally occur with aftermarket units. This is normal and not considered a defect. However, it must be cleared as soon as it's noticed to prevent long-term damage.

How to Clear Condensation:

• Remove the rubber grommets from the back of the headlight to allow ventilation.
• Turn your driving lights on for approximately 10 minutes. Heavier moisture may take longer to clear.
• Failure to remove condensation promptly may result in buildup that can damage the headlight and is not covered under warranty.
